
The '2025 Startup Management Key Issues Seminar', co-hosted by Finger, a fintech SaaS platform specialist, and accounting firm Samil PwC, was held on September 9th at TS1 Hall on the 17th floor of Samil PwC's headquarters in Seoul.
This seminar was attended by approximately 200 executives and representatives from startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), both online and offline, and lectures were held to present practical solutions on key management issues facing startups, including accounting, taxation, legal affairs, labor, intellectual property (IP), and technology-specific listing.
At the site, the ERP platform 'Stella', jointly developed by Finger and Samil PwC, and the linked expert advisory network 'Team Stella' were officially introduced.
Stella is a platform designed to comprehensively address the diverse management challenges faced by startups and SMEs, from their inception through growth stages, including accounting, taxation, financial management, and tax filing. It includes expert consulting capabilities within the ERP system, enabling clients to request advice, receive responses, and even provide support when needed. Stella is positioned as an integrated management support tool focused on practical execution.
Team Stella, also introduced here, is a consulting network led by Samil PwC, with participation from specialist organizations in various fields, including Byul Law Firm, AnK Patent Law Firm, The One Human Resources and Labor, and NICE Information Services. Team Stella provides expert support on key practical issues faced by startups, including tax adjustments, financial statements review, legal risk management, patent and trademark strategy development, and technology-specific listing preparation. All consulting can be requested and received in one place through the Stella platform, ensuring practical support without complex procedures.
At the seminar, experts from Team Stella spoke directly to the audience, focusing on six topics: △Practical Application of Revenue Recognition Accounting Issues, △Stock Options Tax Strategies, △Legal Risk Management Strategies, △Intellectual Property (IP) Protection Measures, △Human Resources and Labor Risk Management, and △Guidelines for Preparing for Technology-Specific Listings. This was followed by a live Q&A session based on pre-collected and on-site questions, fostering a high-intensity interaction with attendees.
