
The Bread Blue Co., Ltd. (CEO Dongjin Moon), a plant-based functional bakery company, announced on the 15th that it has received Inno-Biz certification from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Innobiz certification is granted to companies that have been recognized for their potential for sustainable growth based on technological superiority, and they are selected through a rigorous screening process.
Dubread Blue received high marks for its ▲continuous R&D through its corporate research institute (Vegan Material Research Institute), ▲over 700 plant-based recipes and patented technologies, and ▲potential for expansion into the care food and medical food markets.
Since its establishment in 2017, The Bread Blue has operated Korea's first HACCP-certified plant-based bakery and has introduced a lineup of functional care foods, including low-iodine, low-sugar, and high-protein products.
We are currently preparing for IRB clinical trials in collaboration with nursing hospitals for functional products, and are actively entering the global market through scientific evidence-based product development.
