 AI GovTech startup Wello (CEO Yurianna Kim) announced on the 15th that it has launched a new government support and procurement bidding support service, 'Wellobiz Concierge Pro+'.

Wellobiz Concierge Pro+ is a B2B SaaS (Business-to-Business Software-as-a-Service) solution that addresses the practical challenges companies face when participating in public projects. The domestic public project market, including government support and procurement, is a massive market, expected to reach KRW 250 trillion annually by 2025 and continues to expand annually. Wellobiz Concierge Pro+ helps companies identify the right opportunity among numerous job postings and make the optimal choice.

This service is attracting attention as a packaged process that provides one-stop support, from business discovery and recommendation to strategy design and document feedback. While the existing Wellobiz service focused on information exploration, Concierge Pro+ operates as an execution-focused service, supporting strategy formulation and document production. Another key differentiator is the introduction of an annual subscription plan, enhancing convenience and accessibility.

Wello has actively incorporated its data analysis capabilities and artificial intelligence (AI) technology into this new service. This allows it to effectively identify and propose business opportunities tailored to each company's specific needs, leveraging a pool of 630,000 government support and procurement data items and a cumulative project data pool worth 70 trillion won.

What's more, once an AI-based customized roadmap is established, experts with practical experience as reviewers in the R&D and procurement sectors will be brought in to design data-driven, customized strategies for each company and provide direct coaching to enhance document completion. Companies will receive support beyond simple information retrieval, encompassing strategy development and document completion, which is expected to significantly improve their performance in securing and participating in public projects.
