Expand user participation through the "Choose One" and "Free Post" features.
Strengthening data reliability based on consumer preferences and experiences⋯Leaping forward as a leading K-beauty community.

Hwahae Global (CEOs Woong Lee and Kyungil Kim), the operator of the beauty platform Hwahae, announced on the 19th that it has officially opened a community service within the app.
The newly introduced community feature allows users to freely share beauty tips and earn Reconciliation Points. The "Pick One" tab allows users to create and participate in either-or polls, while the "Free Post" section allows users to post and interact with comments on a variety of topics, including beauty tips, skin concerns, and skincare tips.
In particular, the information shared by beauty-focused users, who are highly involved in beauty, not only reveals real-time beauty trends and honest consumer preferences, but also serves as reliable data for other consumers to use when choosing products.
In fact, 34,811 people responded to the question, "If you could only use one cream for the rest of your life," on the "One Choice" website. The free bulletin board is brimming with posts sharing beauty concerns, such as "Cushion recommendations for oily, blemished skin" and "Home care tips for improving wrinkles."
Starting with the opening of this community function, Reconciliation plans to sequentially add various functions that can enhance the user experience, such as △replies and likes on posts, △popular posts with popularity votes and close votes, △community activity badges and expansion of user profiles.
A representative from Hwahae Global said, “Hwahae is evolving into a platform where users can interact and connect more closely based on the vast amount of beauty data we have accumulated over time,” and added, “In the future, we will establish ourselves as a representative K-beauty community encompassing both domestically and internationally, supporting the growth of K-beauty brands.”
