Caredoc (CEO Jae-Byeong Park), a senior total care company, announced that it will strengthen operations and startup support for its care brand partner stores, accelerate partnership expansion, and expand its nationwide infrastructure.
Caredoc actively operates specialized care service brands that address the entire life cycle of seniors, including home-visiting nursing centers, day and night care centers, care homes, and nursing homes, and is recognized for its excellent service quality in each field. Home-visiting nursing centers offer high-quality, personalized care tailored to the individual's needs, including one-on-one nursing services, and are highly acclaimed. Caredoc currently operates eight directly managed locations and 16 partner locations, four of which received an A grade in the "2024 Regular Evaluation of Long-Term Care Institutions for Home Care Benefits." Caredoc's senior housing business, which offers affordable and flexible care in comfortable, private living spaces, is also gaining traction in the market and is steadily expanding its presence.
Caredoc plans to continue expanding its high-quality partner stores, focusing on these brands, and take the lead in addressing blind spots in local care. To achieve this, it will operate a systematic support system through its Partner Business Division. This system will provide meticulous quality control and stable operation support from branch opening through actual service provision.
Particularly noteworthy is the consulting and management program, which prioritizes quality and capacity management at partner stores nationwide. The goal is to enhance Caredoc's overall brand value and customer trust by stabilizing operations and enhancing competitiveness at each branch. Key initiatives include a biannual center diagnostic evaluation program that provides standard quality management inspections for each branch, training in preparation for ratings and redesign reviews, and sharing 100 Q&A sessions on operational case studies of directly managed centers to support practical operations and training at each branch.
Caredoc also offers various support measures to reduce the burden on aspiring entrepreneurs and existing franchisees and improve business performance. Caredoc operates a startup support program worth 20 million won for new entrepreneurs. This program aims to reduce the initial financial burden and support rapid business stabilization. Existing franchisees with a keen interest in expansion also have business portfolio expansion opportunities. Caredoc allows for cross-operation across various branded locations, including visiting nursing centers, day and night care centers, care homes, and nursing homes, providing opportunities for continuous, professional care operations.
Caredoc plans to steadily expand its network of directly managed and high-quality partner stores, reaching 1,000 nationwide by 2030. This expansion aims to establish itself as Korea's leading high-quality senior care infrastructure brand. Caredoc will also participate in the 59th IFS Franchise Startup & Industry Expo, held at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, from the 25th to the 27th. The expo will offer one-on-one consultations and brand introductions for prospective entrepreneurs. Caredoc will also offer various benefits to ease the burden of starting a business, including a 20 million won startup benefit upon signing a franchise agreement following an on-site consultation.
Caredoc CEO Jae-Byeong Park said, “Based on the partner support system that standardizes Caredoc’s operational know-how, we will further accelerate the nationwide expansion of our care service brand,” and “We will take the lead in creating a care environment where Caredoc’s differentiated, customized senior care can be enjoyed anywhere in the country.”
