Laundry24, a smart unmanned laundry service operated by Uisikju Company (CEO Seong-Woo Cho), announced that it has completely revamped its mobile app to enhance user convenience and will hold a 'First Laundry 0 Won Event' to celebrate this until December 31st.
Laundry24 is Korea's largest unmanned smart laundromat, combining the functions of a coin-operated laundromat and a laundry service. It offers a comprehensive laundry service, including laundry for household items, blankets, sneakers, and rugs, as well as clothing repairs and dry cleaning, all unmanned and available 24/7. All laundry management and customer service is handled directly by the headquarters of Sikshikju Company, which operates 175 stores nationwide, primarily in Seoul and the greater Seoul area.
With this mobile app overhaul, users can now check the status of laundry services in real time, including the remaining time on the washing machine and dryer and the status of dry cleaning, reducing unnecessary waiting times and enabling efficient use of laundry services.
Additionally, a "Find a Store Nearby" feature has been added, allowing users to easily locate nearby Laundry24 stores based on their current location. Customized notification services based on customer lifestyle patterns will also be sequentially implemented in the future.
To celebrate its app revamp, Laundry24 is offering a variety of promotions. New customers will receive a free washing machine voucher and a free dry cleaning coupon for knitwear and cardigans. Existing customers will also receive 2,000 points, redeemable as cash in-store.
Lee Moon-kwon, head of Laundry24's business division, said, "The core of this app revamp is to actively reflect customer suggestions and enhance convenience," adding, "We will continue to enhance our competitiveness as a smart, unmanned laundromat by continuously improving our services."
