AI proptech company Archisketch (CEO Lee Ju-seong) announced on the 25th that it won the grand prize in the future city category at the 'Urban and Regional Innovation Awards', the official program of the '2025 Korea Urban and Regional Innovation Industry Expo'.
The 'Republic of Korea Urban and Regional Innovation Awards' is an event sponsored by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and hosted by the Urban and Regional Innovation Forum. It is a system that selects and awards excellent examples of sustainable urban development in the private and public sectors.
Archisketch received this award in recognition of its technological potential and usability for implementing future cities through its spatial planning solution that combines cloud-based 3D simulation technology with actual distribution and sales data.
Founded in 2014, Archisketch has been conducting research and development in spatial technologies, including 3D interior simulation and spatial data automation, and holds numerous patents and software copyrights. Archisketch also has accumulated experience collaborating with global builders and furniture brands, and is actively involved in fostering an industry ecosystem through its community of interior design experts.
Archisketch will promote its technology at the 2025 Korea Urban and Regional Innovation Industry Expo, held in the Jeongra District of Samcheok, Gangwon Province, from September 24th to 27th. During the event, its booth will showcase key features of its spatial planning solutions and discuss collaboration opportunities with businesses and public institutions.
Meanwhile, Archisketch's flagship product is an interior design platform that combines spatial planning and 3D simulation. Its proprietary cloud-based rendering engine supports image generation up to 16K resolution, panoramic views, and a 720-degree viewer. It's also used on domestic platforms like Today's House 3D Interior, and includes functionality for placing and purchasing over 100,000 interior design products currently on sale.
Lee Joo-seong, CEO of Archisketch, said, “This award demonstrates that the scope of spatial design technology can be expanded to include urban and regional innovation,” and added, “We will continue to collaborate with various organizations to advance the solutions necessary to realize future cities.”
