CLM's core feature, AI Contract Review, officially integrated into Business Agent, expanding B2B functionality.
– Verified to reduce contract review time by 67%… New features available free of charge until the end of November.

BHSN (CEO Jeong-geun Lim), which operates the legal AI solution 'Allybee', announced on the 25th that it is launching a new product called 'Business Agent', which is the first in Korea to commercialize the 'AI Contract Review' function.
Business Agent has been providing automatic search and summary services for relevant laws and precedents, leveraging a vast database of laws, over 3 million case laws, and government policy data, as well as specialized reasoning technology. BHSN has expanded its B2B capabilities by introducing "AI Contract Review," a feature of its existing Contract Management (CLM) solution, into Business Agent to address customer demand for standalone access.
AI Contract Review features: automatic summarization of key contract terms; standardization and suggestions for improvement of contract wording; and multilingual support (Korean and English). This allows corporate legal teams to further train Allybee on internal contract review guidelines, enabling customized reviews to improve cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, it offers a wide range of benefits, including access to corporate decision-makers, staff in finance, human resources, sales, and other departments where legal application is required, and even lawyers at law firms.
AI contract review has been operating in a contract management solution for approximately a year. Currently, it supports legal affairs for major domestic companies such as CJ CheilJedang and Aekyung Chemical, and has proven its efficiency by reducing contract review time for legal experts by over 67% compared to previous models.
To celebrate this update, BHSN plans to offer a new 'AI Contract Review' feature free of charge to business agent customers until November 30th.
BHSN CEO Jeong-Geun Lim said, “We have fully introduced the AI contract review function, which is most in demand in corporate practice, to Business Agent so that customers can utilize it more conveniently and intuitively.” He added, “We will continue to enhance Allybee’s core functions and expand its global scope of application to establish it as a leading solution in the legal AI market.”
Meanwhile, BHSN, in July, integrated its proprietary legal-specific LLM, "allibee Astro," into allibee, enhancing its performance optimized for policy, regulation, and law. Building on this foundation, the company is implementing subscription-based SaaS and on-premise solutions, providing customized legal AI solutions to various companies and public institutions.
