Humanscape Signs IPO Underwriter Agreement with KB Securities

Digital healthcare company Humanscape (CEO Jang Min-hoo) announced on the 29th that it has selected KB Securities as its lead manager and is entering the process of listing.

Humanscape is a digital healthcare company that operates the pregnancy and childcare platform "MamiTalk" and "RareNote," which assists patients on their treatment journey. To date, it has received approximately 75 billion won in accumulated investment, with major investors including Green Cross Holdings, Daewoong Pharmaceutical, Kakao Investment, Korea Investment Partners, Hana Financial Group, and the Korea Development Bank.

The flagship service, 'MamiTalk', provides features such as ultrasound images, weekly fetal growth information, and a newborn development checklist, and is positioned as a service that provides practical assistance with childbirth and childcare in an era of low birth rates.

Another core service of Humanscape, "RareNote," is a platform that provides patients with integrated services for calculating treatment costs, participating in clinical trials, and managing medication adherence. Patients can access personalized information tailored to their conditions and manage their own medical records, while pharmaceutical companies and research institutions can secure the data necessary for patient-centered new drug development and research.

Based on the funds secured through the IPO, Humanscape plans to create new growth opportunities based on the user and data pool it secured before going public, such as ▲ expanding Mamitok's global market and ▲ developing AI-based diagnostic assistance solutions.

Jang Min-hoo, CEO of Humanscape, said, “The IPO will be an opportunity to receive external recognition for the technological prowess and business performance we have accumulated so far,” and expressed his ambition, “In particular, as Mamitok’s global service is generating meaningful sales, we will accelerate our conquest of the U.S. and Southeast Asian markets, which are dozens of times larger than the domestic market, through the IPO.”
