
The '2025 DMC Innovation Camp Startup Competition (DIC2025),' hosted by the DMC Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation and DMC Cornet and operated by The Innovators, will be held at Sangam DMC in Seoul on October 29th. This competition was designed to discover and foster aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage startups that will lead the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Participation is open to aspiring entrepreneurs (individuals and teams) and early-stage startups established within the past three years. Applications are accepted across a wide range of fields, including convergence technologies and services based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, broadcasting and new media content, virtual reality and immersive media, gaming and cultural arts convergence ideas, AI-based services, the metaverse, and non-face-to-face services.
Applications will be accepted from September 8th to October 12th via the DIC portal . Applicants must register as a portal member, download and complete the application form and business plan, and upload them using the designated file name.
The competition will begin with a written review on October 14th, followed by mentoring and presentations in October, and the final results will be announced at an offline awards ceremony on October 29th. The total prize pool is 38 million won, and 15 teams will be selected, including eight prospective entrepreneurs and seven early-stage startups.
Teams that pass the document screening will be provided with free business model development, funding and IR training, and expert mentoring, while the final selected teams will also receive additional support through investment matching and networking opportunities.
