[Baemin Startup Square X Venture Square] Open Recruitment for Startup Tenants

Startup Square, a new space being built within Pangyo Techno Valley 2, with Venture Square participating as a support organization, is a private support space for startups with high growth potential. We encourage outstanding startup teams to apply for Venture Square's incubation and investment opportunities. Venture Square's existing investment portfolio is also eligible to apply for residency.

Startup Square is recruiting startups to move into its space.

• Location: Baemin Startup Square (40 Geumto-ro 80beongil, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do) https://naver.me/xhlZrQ2j

• Occupancy Period: Initial 2-year occupancy (after evaluation) and renewal every year

• Conditions for moving in: Selected startups must complete business registration and address transfer of their headquarters (branch or research center) to Baemin Startup Square within 3 months from the announcement date of the selection results (incorporation within 6 months for prospective startups).

• Eligibility: Startups with less than 10 employees ~ Startups established within 7 years (region and industry irrelevant / Research institutes and branches can be registered)

• Evaluation Process: Document Evaluation – Face-to-face Evaluation

• Preferences: Companies with global expansion, investment attraction, and excellent plans to utilize Baemin Startup will be given preference.

• Space Operation and Costs
  1) Basic interior and furnishings: Provided – In addition to the basic partitions installed in each space, additional high partitions can be installed at the user's expense (closed walls are not allowed) – Internet and firewalls, etc. are installed separately
  2) Cost: Free rent, actual cost of management fee (※ Management fee includes energy usage fee (water, utilities, etc.)) <Monthly management fee> 69,500 won per person , parking fee, etc. are separate
