This agreement is part of a strategic collaboration to develop a differentiated senior housing and care service model in line with the aging society and to discover new growth engines.

Through this agreement, SNI will provide a Total Senior Care Solution based on proptech, including AI CCTV, Vital Sensor, and Space Sensor, as well as a comprehensive facility management (FM) service, thereby implementing a smart senior residence environment that combines safety and health management.
