Easywid and Lumida Sign MOU for AI-Fusion Digital Content Collaboration

Easywid (CEO Yang Jeong-ha) announced on the 30th that it has signed a strategic partnership with AI communication specialist Lumida (CEO Park Mari) for AI-integrated digital content collaboration.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to actively engage in ▲AI-based public-private partnership branded content planning and production ▲strengthening public relations and marketing strategies that combine digital new media and AI technology ▲expanding the application of kinetic media-based experiential and OOH (Out-of-Home) solutions ▲cooperating on AI platform planning and sales channels ▲cooperating for social contribution and sustainable development.

EZWITH is securing competitiveness in the global market based on its proven kinetic media solutions and CMS platform, proven at international stages like CES, MWC, and the Dubai Expo, as well as numerous patents and achievements from national R&D projects. Furthermore, through its own AI content platforms, such as "AIWITH.ART" and "WIDAI," EZWITH is strengthening its AI content services linked to artist portfolios and targeting the global market with differentiated technologies like outpainting.

Led by CEO Mari Park, who serves as a director of the International Association for the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence (IAAE) and Public Relations Director of the Society for Artificial Intelligence Industry Law, Lumida plans to internalize the ethical AI operation principles and branding strategy required by ISO/IEC 42001:2023, the international standard for AI management systems, throughout its collaboration. Through this, Lumida aims to present a trust-based AI communication model demanded by public institutions and businesses, while proactively responding to the global regulatory environment.

Specifically, the two companies are pursuing a strategy of applying ethical standards throughout the entire content development process to implement an ethical AI content model that simultaneously secures both technology and trust. Through this, they aim to present a responsible AI utilization model spanning both the public and private sectors, and contribute to the expansion of K-content usable in domestic and international markets.
