Goongbe, a premium baby skincare brand operated by GOMI Corporation Vietnam, a Vietnamese subsidiary of Assemble Corporation, is gaining momentum in its market penetration by receiving a warm response from local consumers at Vietnam's largest parenting exhibition.
Gomi Corporation Vietnam operated an independent booth for Gungjungbicheok at 'Vietbaby Hanoi 2025' held at the Hanoi ICE International Exhibition Center from the 25th to the 28th of last month, attracting over 6,000 visitors over four days.
Co-hosted by Coex Vina and SEGE Fairs, the exhibition featured approximately 200 brands from 10 countries, spanning 250 booths and attracting approximately 21,000 visitors. Gungjungbicheok demonstrated its strong interest by attracting approximately 30% of the total visitors to its booth.
The Gungjungbicheok booth offered hands-on experience with flagship products like "Baby Moisture Lotion," "Soothing Gel," and "Foam Cleanser." To help local parents choose the right product for their child's skin type and the Vietnamese climate, detailed product features were provided, and a sampling event was also held.
One parent who visited the booth said, "I applied it directly to my child's skin and it was great because it was absorbed quickly and not sticky. The scent was subtle and non-irritating, so I felt reassured." Another visitor said, "I compared several brands, but I liked the texture of Gungjungbichaek's lotion and gel the best. I bought it because I thought I could use it comfortably in the Vietnamese weather."
Gomico Corporation Vietnam held a social media authentication event for booth visitors. Those who tried the product and posted photos received additional samples. Over 2,000 people participated. Posts using the hashtags "#GoongbeVietnam" and "#궁중비체" spread across Facebook and Instagram, further expanding the brand's online exposure.
This exhibition led to an increase of approximately 700 members in the Gungjungbi brand community. Before and after the event, major Vietnamese media outlets, including Eva, Zing24h, Người Đưa Tin, and VTV247, published articles introducing the Gungjungbi booth. Related posts were also shared, particularly in parenting communities, further expanding interest among local consumers.
A representative from Gomi Corporation Vietnam stated, "This exhibition was a meaningful opportunity to directly connect with local parents and confirm the reliability of our products. Building on this positive response, we plan to strengthen our position in the Vietnamese market." They added, "We will continue to broaden our consumer reach through various online and offline activities, including expanding our online channels, collaborating with influencers, and live commerce."
