
Cookie Labs (CEO Eunho Han), which operates a customized cake 3D printing service, Dodumpan (CEO Sangkyu Park), a customized AI service provider, and Dr. Suhyun Lee, a graduate of Korea University's College of Life Sciences, announced that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to secure customized food manufacturing technology for future food resources.
Through this agreement, the three organizations will jointly pursue ▲development of customized food products based on 3D printing ▲provision of personalized designs and services using AI ▲research and commercialization of next-generation food ink.
Cookie Labs CEO Han Eun-ho said, “Through this MOU, we will further strengthen the technological foundation that can realize the desserts that customers imagine,” and added, “We will continue to provide differentiated customer experiences through technological innovation.”
Dodumpan CEO Park Sang-gyu said, “We will provide a new consumer-centric food culture experience by incorporating AI-based customized solutions,” and added, “I hope that through this three-way collaboration, we can also contribute to the development of the food tech industry.”
Dr. Lee Soo-hyun responded, “Incorporating AI and 3D printing technologies into existing food research will be a significant turning point in innovation in the food industry,” adding, “It will also contribute to the development of sustainable future foods.”
