Trillion Labs Selected for the 2025 AWS Generative AI Accelerator

Trillion Labs (CEO Jae-min Shin), a startup developing large-scale language models (LLMs), has been selected as one of 40 companies worldwide for the '2025 AWS Generative AI Accelerator' program hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

This program, which is in its third year, attracted applications from approximately 2,000 companies worldwide, recording a competition rate of approximately 50:1.

The AWS Generative AI Accelerator is a global support program for early-stage generative AI startups, providing cloud infrastructure, technical mentoring, and commercialization support. Trillion Labs will be selected to participate in the eight-week accelerator program, which will begin on October 14th in Seattle, USA, along with up to $1 million in AWS credits. This program will provide opportunities for technological advancement, expansion of global partnerships, and access to a network of investors.

Trillion Labs, a domestic startup developing a Korean-style LLM from the ground up, unveiled its own model, the Tri-7B, just four months after its founding, followed by the 21B and 70B models. Notably, the Tri-70B is the largest from-scratch LLM developed in Korea, and Trillion Labs has disclosed all of its full and intermediate checkpoints, emphasizing the openness and reproducibility of the technology.

The 40 selected companies will present their technologies and services at AWS's annual technology conference, 're:Invent 2025,' to be held in Las Vegas, USA in December.
