F&B specialized accelerator Star Asset Co., Ltd. announced on the 15th that it will hold the '2025 Star Batch Program (K-FOOD STAR 2nd Batch)' Demo Day at 1:00 PM on October 28th at Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok.
Star Asset is an accelerator that supports the growth of domestic food and beverage and restaurant franchise companies. Last year, through its first round, it provided promising brands with initial investment and sales channel opportunities, achieving success as an investment-linked program.
This Demo Day is designed to discover innovative restaurant brands and food startups with growth potential. Participating companies will be considered for direct investment by Star Asset and collaboration with partners. Upon completion of the program, they will receive mentoring, consulting, and business support in areas such as domestic and international franchise expansion, menu development, and distribution expansion.
The event will be attended by Star Asset's investment review and business development experts and key figures in the restaurant industry, and will also feature IR pitching and networking sessions for the second batch of K-FOOD STAR participating teams.
A Star Asset representative said, “This Demo Day is not simply a place to attract investment, but a place for mutual growth with startups that will lead the globalization of the Korean F&B industry,” adding, “We hope to see many passionate startups participating who will contribute to sustainable food culture innovation.”
