SmileShark Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with Amazon Web Services

Smile Shark (CEO Jin-Hwan Jang) announced on the 15th that it has signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate the AI transformation (AX) of domestic companies.

Through this agreement, SmileShark will significantly expand its AI solution portfolio and, in collaboration with AWS, provide integrated management services covering the entire AI adoption journey for companies, including building industry-specific AI solutions, customized customer training, and operational support.

SmileShark accelerates AI adoption across major domestic industries by leveraging AWS's advanced generative AI services, including Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q Developer. Furthermore, SmileShark is introducing five mission-critical solutions: intelligent IT operations automation, security threat detection and response, business intelligence analysis, cloud-based DevOps automation, and AI-powered one-click cloud migration.

Each solution leverages the secure and scalable AWS cloud and AI services to address key customer challenges, including security event verification, predictive analytics, task automation and optimization, and real-time IT performance monitoring. Leveraging SmileShark's field-based deployment experience, the collaboration expands to encompass joint sales, training on the latest cloud and AI technologies, and dedicated solution architect support.
