V Dream presents a model for employment for artists with disabilities at the Gwangju Metropolitan City Disabled Culture and Arts Policy Forum.

V Dream Co., Ltd. (CEO Minji Kim), a company specializing in telecommuting systems for the disabled, presented market entry strategies for works by disabled artists and examples of sustainable art job models at the 'Gwangju Metropolitan City Disabled Culture and Arts Policy Forum' hosted by the Gwangju Disabled Artists Support Association on the 16th.

Founded in February 2019, the Gwangju Disabled Artists Support Association (Chairman Jeon Jae-gwang) works to support the creative activities of disabled artists and promote their rights. Through exhibitions, contests, and art exchanges, the association discovers outstanding disabled artists in the region and currently boasts approximately 100 active members.

This forum, held under the theme of “Market Entry Strategies for Works by Disabled Artists: From Branding to Systems,” was attended by cultural and artistic professionals, public institutions, and social enterprises, who discussed institutional and industrial measures to support the creative activities and economic independence of disabled artists.

Through its presentation, Vdream shared the development and operational achievements of "Flip," a specialized telecommuting system for people with disabilities that has become a new form of employment for people with disabilities. It shared its success story of providing jobs to tens of thousands of disabled workers and its experience expanding the paradigm of disability employment.

Additionally, the company presented the case of "V Art Gallery," a creative studio for disabled artists operated by V Dream. V Art Gallery is a platform that supports the exhibition and merchandise of works by disabled artists, providing them with practical revenue-generating opportunities.

Kim Min-ji, CEO of V Dream, said, “The future direction proposed by V Dream is an integrated model that combines ‘companies’ fulfillment of their legal employment obligations’ and ‘entry into the disability art market.’ V Dream will reduce the financial burden on companies while building a sustainable disability art ecosystem by operating an art sales platform.”

Meanwhile, Vdream provides an AI job matching service that supports customized hiring by disability type, based on a database of disabled job seekers collected through its patented work-from-home system, "Flipped." This service helps disabled workers work in a stable, remote environment and quickly connects companies with talent in needed roles, establishing itself as a reliable partner for companies practicing ESG management.
