Wello's 'Wellobiz' Achieves CSAP SaaS Standard Rating

AI-based GovTech startup Wello (CEO Yurianna Kim) announced on the 22nd that its public works management SaaS solution 'WelloBiz' has obtained the CSAP SaaS standard grade, a cloud security certification system.

CSAP (Cloud Security Assurance Program) is a certification system that public institutions must pass when introducing private cloud services. It is a system that officially verifies that the services meet national security requirements.

The CSAP SaaS standard rating, obtained by Wellobiz, is the highest level of security applicable to systems handling administrative tasks and key data in public institutions. It requires passing an evaluation across 79 items in 14 areas, including administrative, technical, and physical controls. The evaluation criteria cover key public security criteria such as information security management systems, access control, encryption, intrusion detection, disaster recovery, and data center security.

With this certification, Wello has officially secured its entry into the public procurement SaaS market, and public institutions can implement the system without a separate security compliance review process when introducing Wellobiz, which can be expected to result in administrative and budget savings.

“The CSAP SaaS standard grade certification means that Wellobiz has national-level security capabilities to safely process sensitive data from public institutions,” said Kim Yu-ri-anna, CEO of Wello. “We will position ourselves as a strategic partner that supports administrative innovation and efficiency in the public sector, where digital transformation is accelerating.”
