Slack unveils its vision for an "Agentic OS" where AI and people collaborate together, suggesting a new direction for work innovation in the AI collaboration era.
Major domestic companies, including KT, CJ OnStyle, and Job Korea, share examples of Slack-based business productivity innovation.
The "Agentic Enterprise" vision unveiled at Dreamforce 2025 marks the first domestic expansion of the company's vision, with a clear focus on advancing the AI collaboration ecosystem.

Salesforce, the global leader in AI CRM, held Slack's largest annual conference, "Slack Tour Seoul 2025," at the Chosun Palace Gangnam in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, on Wednesday, the 22nd. At the conference, Salesforce announced that Slack will strengthen its role as an "Agentic OS" that supports seamless collaboration between AI and humans.
At this conference, Slack unveiled its next-generation roadmap and vision to accelerate the transition to the Agentic Enterprise, connecting people, apps, data, and AI agents in a single environment to automate repetitive tasks and enable faster collaboration among teams. This roadmap includes a new collaboration paradigm and direction for productivity innovation, as well as various insights, presented by Slack as an agentic operating system in the rapidly evolving work environment of the AI era.
Atsushi Mito, Senior Vice President of Salesforce, introduced Salesforce’s 26-year journey of innovation at the conference, emphasizing that “the industry’s first AI agent platform is being used by more than 2,000 customers, and through the Agent OS architecture, we are providing enterprise solutions that enable AI agents and humans to collaborate and communicate through conversational interfaces.”

Next, Slack Korea Vice President Kim Go-joong focused on Slack's innovation roadmap for supporting AX and "the future of a collaborative environment where AI and humans coexist" under the theme of "Slack, the Agentic OS for Work." Vice President Kim explained, "Slack is evolving from a channel-based collaboration platform to a digital workforce platform that integrates with Salesforce and leverages the AI agent Force." He emphasized, "Currently, 80% of AI projects fail due to a lack of integration with corporate systems. Slack is solving this problem by integrating people, apps, data, and AI agents on a single platform, and is strengthening AI functions such as channel summarization, recap, AI workflow, and enterprise search." Vice President Kim continued, "Global companies such as Rivian are using Slack for system monitoring, onboarding, and partner collaboration. Ultimately, Slack is an integrated work platform that can maximize employee productivity across all departments, including IT, sales, service, marketing, finance, and human resources."

The event also showcased key domestic achievements in strengthening Slack's security and reliability. Slack completed the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Safety Assessment Program conducted by the Korea Financial Security Institute (K-FSI) in July, establishing a foundation for the safe adoption and use of Slack in various regulated industries, including domestic financial institutions. The CSP Safety Assessment is a mandatory procedure for financial institutions adopting commercial cloud services under the Regulation on Supervision of Electronic Financial Transactions (RSEFT). Through this assessment, Slack officially verified the stability of its security management system.
Sessions from various client companies were also prepared. KT shared a case study of how it built an efficient development culture using Slack within its DevOps organization, while CJ OnStyle shared its achievements in accelerating response times to system errors through real-time monitoring and automation. Job Korea then presented its journey to establishing a collaborative culture based on Slack, explaining that Slack offers flexibility for diverse work environments across industries and has led to tangible improvements in work productivity since its introduction.
Park Se-jin, CEO of Salesforce Korea, said, “Based on this CSP stability evaluation, Slack has established a trustworthy foundation for companies in regulated industries, including the financial sector, and is continuously strengthening its position as an agentic OS that supports organic collaboration between data, AI, agents, and humans.” He added, “I hope that this ‘Slack Tour Seoul 2025’ will be an opportunity and forum for discussion where domestic companies can secure various insights necessary to build a future-oriented business environment.”
Meanwhile, at Dreamforce 2025 held in San Francisco, USA on the 14th, Slack revealed an integrated roadmap with 'Agentforce 360', 'Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)', and 'Customer 360', further strengthening its vision of 'Agentic OS' that supports organic connections between AI, data, and applications across the Salesforce ecosystem. In addition, by expanding cooperation with global AI companies such as OpenAI, Antropic, and Google, it will be possible to directly develop and utilize AI agents based on ChatGPT and Claude within Slack. Key sessions of Dreamforce 2025 can be viewed again on Salesforce+, Salesforce's official OTT platform.
