Toss Lab's "Zandi" Achieves AWS Generative AI Competency Certification

Toss Lab (CEO Daehyun Kim) announced on the 23rd that it has obtained the 'AWS Generative AI Competency' certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) for its AI collaboration tool ' JANDI' .

The AWS Generative AI Competency is awarded to partners who have successfully built customized solutions utilizing AWS's core generative AI technologies. These partners are selected through a rigorous technical review and customer case study evaluation. Through this certification, Toss Lab has been recognized for its ability to leverage AWS-based generative AI technology to enhance customer productivity and drive AI transformation.

Toss Lab is implementing JANDI's AI capabilities using Amazon Bedrock, AWS's fully managed generative AI service. Amazon Bedrock provides developers with access to high-performance models from leading AI companies like Antropic, Meta, OpenAI, and Twelve Labs through a single API.

Based on Amazon Bedrock, ZANDY can build a knowledge base using the RAG (Augmented Search Generation) method, and provides various AI functions such as conversational message context summarization, file analysis, and translation, thereby improving collaboration efficiency within the organization.

Meanwhile, Toss Lab is strengthening its position in the global SaaS market through various AWS certifications and programs, including obtaining the highest level of AWS ISV Partner Pass, acquiring AWS Digital Workplace Competency, being selected for the AWS ISV Acceleration Program, and winning the 2024 AWS Korea Rising Star Partner Award.

ZANDY provides collaboration features such as real-time messaging, topic-based collaboration spaces, video conferencing, and document management as an AWS cloud-based SaaS, and adds AI capabilities to enhance corporate decision-making and work efficiency.
