Pablo Airlines Signs Business Agreement with Huneed Technologies

Pablo Aviation , a company specializing in autonomous swarm control of unmanned vehicles, announced on the 23rd that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with global defense and aviation company Huneed Technologies for joint development of swarm drone combat system communication technology and entry into the global market.

At the MOU signing ceremony held at the '2025 Seoul International Aerospace and Defense Exhibition (ADEX)' held in Seoul on the 22nd, key executives from both companies attended and agreed to establish a strategic cooperative relationship with the goal of responding to rapidly increasing military demand and entering new markets.

The two companies plan to jointly develop a FANET (Flying Ad-hoc Network)-based swarm drone communication system, identify and promote R&D projects, strengthen domestic MRO and quality control systems, and expand the global supply chain. Through this collaboration, they plan to collaborate on the advancement of Pablo Aviation's swarm drone combat system and the expansion of its defense projects.

Pablo Aviation recently acquired Volk, a defense precision processing specialist, securing a mass production system for drones and unmanned robots. Furthermore, it plans to establish a complementary cooperative structure with Huneed's core tactical communications technology to expand its swarm drone, unmanned robot, and next-generation tactical platform technologies and lead the digital transformation of the defense industry.

Lee Jeong-mo, CEO of Pablo Aviation, said, “We will cooperate with Huneed for a long time to advance stable communication technology, which is the core of swarm drone operation,” and “AI swarm coordination technology is an important technology that can redefine the future battlefield environment, and we will focus on commercializing the combat system.”

Meanwhile, at ADEX 2025, Pablo Aviation unveiled various technologies and partnership cases, including a swarm suicide drone combat system, and presented a vision to expand its business beyond aerial drones to include land, sea, and air combat platforms through the acquisition of Volk.
