Goodwill Store Signs Business Agreement with W Skin

The Goodwill Store of the Wheat Welfare Foundation announced on the 23rd that it had signed a business agreement with W Skin to donate goods to create jobs for the disabled.

At a signing ceremony held at the W Skin headquarters in Dongjak-gu, Seoul on the 22nd, the two organizations agreed to collaborate on expanding employment opportunities for people with disabilities through ongoing donations. W Skin donated approximately 24,000 items, including lifestyle, health, and beauty products, worth 65 million won, to Goodwill stores. The donated items will be resold at Goodwill stores, and the proceeds will be used to promote employment and welfare for workers with developmental disabilities. This donation is expected to provide approximately 43 disabled employees with stable salaries for one month.

W Skin CEO Seung-Hwan Ko said, “We participated in the donation as part of our corporate social responsibility and value consumption,” and added, “We will continue to practice ESG management through continuous sharing in the future.”

“This agreement will contribute to the creation of stable jobs for employees with disabilities,” said Sang-wook Han, head of the Goodwill division at the Milal Welfare Foundation. “Goodwill Store will continue to build a sustainable cooperation model with companies.”
