SelectStar Selected as Participating Institution for the "2025 K-Content AI Innovation Leading Project."

Select Star (CEO Kim Se-yeop), an AI data and reliability verification specialist, has been selected as a participating organization for the '2025 K-Content AI Innovation Leading Project' hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA).

The 'K-Content AI Innovation Leading Project' is a national support project that combines K-content and artificial intelligence to produce new forms of content. With a total budget of 10 billion won, it is the largest budget ever invested in a single project.

SelectStar is participating in the global AI immersive exhibition project led by the project's organizer, global entertainment company The Pinkfong Company. The company is responsible for developing AI technology to enhance exhibition immersion. It will build a customized AI learning dataset capable of recognizing visitor voices, enabling characters to react naturally in a variety of environments. Furthermore, it will implement interactive AI avatars that respond in real time to visitors' words and actions, along with 3D animation technology, enabling real-time interaction throughout the exhibition.

Select Star applies AI reliability technology to block in advance any speech or inappropriate expressions that are out of sync with the character's worldview, and establishes a worldview-appropriate DB and AI inspection standards to create an exhibition environment where families with children can safely experience the exhibition.

This project has a consortium formed by specialized companies including The Pinkfong Company, the organizer, Select Star, Peoplely (production of realistic media exhibitions), Poza Labs (implementation of AI music), and Davero Art (development of AI media art), and the exhibition is scheduled to open in 2026.

SelectStar continues to collaborate with various IP content companies based on its character AI solutions. It provides an AI video message service that learns the personalities of characters from animated series like "Catch! Teeny Ping," "The Haunted House," and "Hello Carbot." Furthermore, by applying Korea's first AI reliability verification solution, "Datumo Eval," it has established a safe environment for infants and toddlers.

Last August, as a member of the SKT consortium, the company was selected as an elite team for the government-led 'Independent AI Foundation Model' project, making a leap forward as a K-AI company.
