Shinsunggo Signs Business Agreement with Zeta Cube

Shinsunggo and ZetaCube, which provide cold chain innovation solutions, announced on the 24th that they have signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) to build an ultra-small, high-density data center using high-efficiency cooling technology and promote joint projects.

Through this agreement, the two companies will collaborate to address the rapidly growing demand for AI GPU servers. By combining Shinsengoh's constant-temperature cooling technology with ZetaCube's high-density computing and data center technologies, they plan to jointly develop an efficient, eco-friendly, ultra-small, decentralized data center model.

ZetaCube provides a micro-sized decentralized data center solution, the Nano Data Center (NANODC). This 48U high-density data center integrates a 20kW power supply, UPS, battery, and monitoring panel in a space measuring approximately 3 pyeong (10.8 sq ft). It is currently installed and operating in six knowledge industry centers, including Bucheon and Goyang.

High-density GPU servers have been criticized for their high heat and power consumption in high-temperature environments during the summer. ZetaCube has been exploring the possibility of incorporating Shinsengo's cold chain technology to improve cooling efficiency, while Shinsengo has also been exploring the potential of applying its refrigeration and temperature control technology to data center infrastructure. The two companies have confirmed their technological complementarity and decided to establish a collaborative framework.

Lee Seong-hoon, CEO of Shinsungo, stated, "Through this agreement, Shinsungo's cooling technology will be applied to ZetaCube's NANODC solution, improving the power efficiency and stability of AI data centers." He added, "Based on our collaboration with ZetaCube, we will continue to drive technological innovation."

“Our collaboration with Shinsungo will be a significant catalyst for expanding the market for ultra-small, decentralized, high-density data centers,” said Cho Jeong-hyeon, CEO of ZetaCube. “We anticipate that this collaboration will lay the foundation for Korean technology to advance into emerging markets such as Africa, the Middle East, and South America.”
