ReadyPost Signs Business Agreement with Bundang Redevelopment Association

Readypost Co., Ltd. (CEO Kwak Se-byeong) announced on the 24th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Bundang Reconstruction Association (Chairman Choi Woo-sik) on October 14th to promote efficient reconstruction projects and strengthen digital transformation.

Through this agreement, ReadyPost will offer its key digital services, including the electronic signature consent service and the electronic general meeting solutions "General Meeting One-Stop" and "One-Stop Village," at special promotional prices to Bundang Redevelopment Association member complexes. Building on this agreement, the two organizations have agreed to strengthen their cooperative system to enhance administrative efficiency and transparency in the Bundang redevelopment process.

ReadyPost is a specialized electronic general meeting company that operates "General Meeting One-Stop," an integrated solution encompassing electronic voting, electronic consent forms, and online general meetings. It is Korea's first electronic general meeting platform company to receive regulatory sandbox pilot designation from the Ministry of Science and ICT in 2024. Currently, approximately 2,000 cooperatives and management groups nationwide have adopted the system, and approximately 350,000 landowners and other individuals are using it.

Bundang Phase 1 New Town is subject to the Special Act on Aging Cities. To proceed with reconstruction, consent from thousands of households must be obtained and a promotion committee must be formed. Consequently, given the large number of participants involved in the project, the legal stability and reliability of electronic consent forms are considered key factors in its implementation.

ReadyPost's "General Meeting One-Stop" system features an integrated structure that complies with the Electronic Signature Act, the Electronic Documents Act, and the Information and Communications Network Act. Furthermore, it collaborates with authorized institutions such as KT Paperless (Certified Electronic Document Intermediary) and Hana Financial TI (Certified Electronic Document Center) to perform identity verification procedures and store signed and voted documents in the Certified Electronic Document Center, ensuring legal authenticity and integrity. This system is expected to enable rapid and reliable consent collection and the establishment of a promotion committee, even in large complexes.

ReadyPost CEO Kwak Se-byeong said, “Our goal is to increase resident participation and establish a transparent decision-making culture by digitizing the decision-making process for complex urban development projects through our electronic general meeting solution.” He added, “As a technology company that sets industry trust and standards, we will continue to innovate so that Korea can leap forward as a leader in electronic general meetings.”
