AI·DX solution specialist Platier (CEO Sanghoon Lee) announced that its AI CX (Customer eXperience) division participated in 'Japan IT Week Autumn 2025' held at Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, Japan from the 22nd to the 24th and completed its exhibition.
Platier was selected for the Global SaaS Marketplace Support Project (GSMP), hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA). This exhibition was supported by this project. The GSMP is a program designed to support domestic SaaS companies entering overseas markets. Platier was selected in recognition of its advanced SaaS architecture leveraging AI technology, data-driven business competitiveness, and global expansion potential.
'Japan IT Week' is Japan's largest IT exhibition, where global companies in key technology fields such as AI, IoT, cloud, and big data participate to share the latest technologies and industry trends.
At this exhibition, Platier introduced its AI personalized marketing solution "groobee," its generative AI search solution "genser," and its AI chatbot consulting and marketing solution "gelato," tailored to the unique characteristics of the Japanese market and local needs. Groobee utilizes real-time big data analytics and a machine learning-based AI engine to analyze customer behavior, enabling marketing automation and personalized experiences. Genser and Gelato leverage generative AI technology to comprehensively manage customer touchpoints, including search, consulting, and recommendations.
Platier established a Japanese corporation, Platier Japan, this year and established a foundation for entering the local market through partnerships with Japanese IT specialist company PrimeNumber.
Lee Bong-gyo, CEO of Platier Japan, said, “Through this exhibition, we were able to confirm the local interest in Platier’s AI technology and SaaS solutions,” and added, “We plan to continuously enhance our generative AI-based integrated CX portfolio to strengthen our competitiveness in the global market.”
