
ISN Co., Ltd. (CEO Jong-do Kim) and INF Consulting Co., Ltd. (CEOs Baek Man-yong and Kim Jae-young) have completed legal merger procedures and officially launched under the new name Blueward Co., Ltd.
The new integrated entity, Blueard, will be led by Chairman Lee Seong-yeol, who serves as Chairman and Chairman of the Board, and CEO/President Kim Jong-do, who serves as Managing Director. Furthermore, Baek Man-yong has been appointed CEO of the finance division, and Kim Jae-young has been appointed CEO of the manufacturing and distribution divisions.
Chairman Lee Seong-yeol said, “With this merger, BlueOar will become the largest IT consulting and service company in Korea among independent companies that are not affiliated with any other company,” and “We will grow into a leading domestic company in the B2B digital services and software sectors and leap forward as the ‘Korean Accenture (K-Accenture)’.”
Bloard, born from the merger, has secured a consolidated sales base of approximately KRW 200 billion and plans to pursue an initial public offering (IPO) in 2027.
