CryoH&I Signs Agreement with Korea Investment & Securities as Lead Underwriter for KOSDAQ Listing

Cryo H&I Co., Ltd., a company specializing in cryogenic cooling technology, announced that it has signed a contract with Korea Investment & Securities as the lead manager for its KOSDAQ listing and has begun preparations for listing with the goal of a technology-specific listing in the second half of 2027.

CryoH&I has secured strategic investments from Quantum Ventures Korea, BSK, Bluepoint Partners, and Global Standard Technology (GST), bringing its cumulative investment to approximately KRW 15 billion. The company plans to leverage this funding and network to meet the requirements for a technology-specific listing and accelerate its entry into the global market.

Founded in August 2020, CryoH&I specializes in manufacturing cryogenic coolers and has developed related application equipment, including vacuum pumps, liquefiers, and testing equipment. As the only company in Korea with a dedicated cryogenic cooler production line, CryoH&I develops customized coolers for a wide range of temperatures, from below 80K to 20K, 4K, and 10mK.

CryoH&I's cryogenic technology is a key element in diverse industries, including superconducting quantum computers, medical devices, biohealthcare, defense, aerospace, the environment, and hydrogen energy. The company is recognized as a key next-generation infrastructure player not only in the global semiconductor and display industries, but also across strategic future industries.

“Through the KOSDAQ listing, we will establish ourselves as a company with unique cryogenic technology in both the domestic and global markets,” said Jinseong Jeong, CTO of Cryo H&I. “By promoting the GENCRYO brand, we will ensure that Cryo H&I’s technology is recognized in the global market.”
