Closer Labs (CEO Park Kyung-ho), which operates the AI-based decision-making platform ' Deskroom ', announced on the 28th that it has signed a supply contract with global beauty company APR.
Through this agreement, Clojure Labs will provide APR with Deskroom, a platform that supports data-driven customer experience innovation and accelerates business growth. Deskroom is a platform that uses AI to automatically structure unstructured data scattered across a company, enabling rapid decision-making based on this data.
Through this collaboration, Deskroom will build an ontology and AI model specialized for APR, and integrate and analyze customer inquiries, orders, and operational data coming in from around the world in multiple languages.
Deskroom utilizes proprietary ontology technology that reflects the company's unique data structures and policies. This ontology systematically defines organizational data by defining its location (Source), unit (Object), attribute (Property), and operation method (Metric). Through this, AI automatically extracts meaningful attributes from unstructured data and converts them into quantitative indicators.
Park Kyung-ho, CEO of Closer Labs, said, “APL will utilize Deskroom to accurately analyze massive amounts of data with AI and lay the foundation for leaping forward as the world’s number one beauty company.” He added, “We will continue to support data-driven decision-making and actual business growth through customized AI for companies.”
