SummitPlay, a music platform service company, announced on the 27th that it had operated an offline experience booth for its QR-based jukebox service, 'My Song On.'
On October 24th, Summit Play set up a "Tune" experience booth at the Salvation Army event held at the Hyundai Department Store Mia branch and promoted its service. "Tune" is a QR-based jukebox service that allows customers to request a song via their mobile phone and have it played through the in-store speakers.
Over 2,000 visitors visited the booth on the day of the event, experiencing the "Play It" service by having their requested songs played in-store. Summit Play plans to collect music request data from attendees at this booth and use it to develop future marketing strategies.
A representative from Summit Play stated, “This experiential booth operation was an opportunity to confirm the on-site appeal and potential of the ‘Tteureobwa’ service,” and added, “Based on this achievement, we will expand our affiliated stores and lay a positive foundation for attracting artists and advertisers.”
Meanwhile, Summit Play was selected for the '2025 Arts Field Startup Leap Support Project – Startup Leap ①' and is receiving support for growth and investment attraction from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Arts Management Support Center.
