Hello Unicorn, a platform that manages the administrative execution process of government-supported projects and R&D companies, has been officially selected for the 'Citizen and Local Enterprise-Centered AI Voucher Support Project' promoted by Gwangju Metropolitan City and the Artificial Intelligence Industry Convergence Business Group.
With this selection, Cloto (CEO Lee Hyun-seok) will address the instability in research administration and project budget execution faced by startups and SMEs in the Gwangju area. Local companies have historically struggled with personnel shortages, settlement delays, and administrative errors when implementing government-supported projects. However, the introduction of Hello Unicorn is expected to alleviate these risks through an AI-based automated system and a specialized outsourcing management system.
Hello Unicorn is an AI-based research administration platform used by over 1,000 government project implementation companies nationwide. Each company's manager entrusts management of the entire administrative process, automating complex procedures such as ▲project cost execution ▲settlement ▲results reporting ▲post-management.
In particular, AI data analysis provides an environment where companies can focus on research and development and technology commercialization by preventing execution errors and unusable items in advance and minimizing administrative risks.
Lee Hyeon-seok, CEO of Cloto Co., Ltd., said, “Hello Unicorn is not just administrative support, but an AI administrative infrastructure that operates the entire process of execution, management, and settlement of government-supported projects and R&D performing companies.” He added, “Through the Gwangju AI Voucher Project, we will support local companies to grow stably.”
