
Innogrid (CEO Myungjin Kim), a cloud computing and digital transformation (DT) specialist, announced on the 29th that it has signed a business agreement with Kookmin University's College of Software Convergence (Dean Seontae Hwang) to foster talents in the convergence of software (SW) and artificial intelligence (AI).
The signing ceremony took place on the 28th in the conference room of Kookmin University's Future Hall, attended by representatives from Innogrid and Kookmin University. This agreement aims to cultivate practical software and cloud talent by combining the university's cutting-edge software education capabilities with the company's cloud technology expertise, and to establish an industry-academia cooperation ecosystem.
The two organizations plan to cooperate in various areas, including ▲joint development and operation of educational courses, ▲operation of SW and cloud practical training programs, ▲operation of industry-academia cooperation seminars and projects, ▲joint operation of industry-academia linked internships and field training, and ▲sharing of infrastructure and research resources.
Through this agreement, Innogrid will establish an industry-academia cooperation model that connects industrial demands with innovative technologies, while Kookmin University will be able to establish a system for fostering practical talent by strengthening practical cloud and software education for students.
Kim Myeong-jin, CEO of Innogrid, said, “This collaboration is very meaningful as a model for fostering talent through industry-academia cooperation that connects university educational capabilities with industrial technology sites.” He added, “Students will develop their capabilities through a practice-oriented curriculum, and companies will secure proven, practical SW talent and create a sustainable cooperation ecosystem.”
