Dudlin Co., Ltd. (CEO Tae-gyu Lee) announced on the 30th that it provided its recruitment management solution, ‘Greeting,’ to fabless semiconductor company Qualitas Semiconductor (CEO Du-ho Kim).
Founded in 2017, Qualitas Semiconductor is a specialist in interconnect solutions. With approximately 170 employees, it collaborates with domestic and international companies, including Samsung Electronics' foundry division. The company has been hiring an average of 30 new employees annually over the past three years, prioritizing the acquisition of talent in specialized fields such as circuit design.
Before implementing Greeting, Qualitas Semiconductor struggled with the limited data visibility of its existing recruitment management solution, requiring manual processing of numerous applicants. Dudlin responded by offering Greeting in June, improving areas such as customization, interview scheduling, and data visibility.
Greeting provides a resume customization feature that allows companies to collect only the information they want, and supports quick communication with applicants through text messages, KakaoTalk, and email.
“In line with the pace of industrial growth, the role of an integrated recruitment management solution has become increasingly important in quickly securing key talent and providing a positive hiring experience for candidates,” said Dudlin CEO Lee Tae-gyu.
