Tadadak (CEO Kim Han-gyu), a comprehensive e-commerce technology service provider, announced its acquisition of REKET, a vertical fashion commerce platform. This acquisition is a strategic move toward building an integrated commerce ecosystem connecting brands, influencers, and consumers.
Ricketts discovers and curates domestic and international designers and emerging fashion brands, and operates "Rickett Square," a content-driven commerce platform with over 1,000 influencers. Tadadak plans to grow the platform into a full-stack commerce platform by combining its SaaS-based e-commerce technology infrastructure with Ricketts' influencer network.
Tadadak will support brands that have entered the Ricketts platform to expand their sales channels to overseas markets such as Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore), Japan, Taiwan, and China, and will also provide local marketing based on influencer content, as well as integrated management functions such as inventory, settlement, and customer service.
Kim Han-gyu, CEO of Tadadak, stated, "Combining Ricketts' network and Tadadak's technological prowess will enable brands to succeed in overseas markets without operational complexity." Tadadak aims to complete API integrations with major Asian platforms and attract over 500 brands by the second half of 2026.
