I-Net Bank, the official distributor of AI physical security company Verkada, announced on the 3rd that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with real estate and lifestyle platform specialist Dugeobi World to conquer the AI-based smart security market.
Through this agreement, iNetBank will exclusively supply Berkada's AI security solutions to Dugeobi World. Building on this partnership, the two companies plan to actively expand the domestic smart security ecosystem.
Dukdoobi World operates apartment and office platforms such as "Apartner" and "Officener," securing a broad user base. Under this agreement, Dukdoobi World plans to gradually introduce Berkada's AI security technology across its core platforms, as well as future real estate services, smart buildings, and lifestyle infrastructure projects.
Through this, Toad World plans to increase the efficiency of existing management systems such as ▲video security ▲fire prevention ▲access control, and build an 'AI integrated safety infrastructure' capable of data-based preemptive risk response.
The Verkada solution is a next-generation security system featuring AI video analytics and cloud-based management capabilities. It goes beyond simple surveillance to provide risk prediction capabilities. It integrates with environmental sensors to detect fire signs in advance and, through AI analysis, provides real-time alerts and video evidence to managers. Furthermore, natural language image search and automatic mosaicing capabilities simultaneously achieve management efficiency and privacy protection. Its reliability and performance have been recognized by U.S. public institutions, schools, and businesses.
Through this agreement, iNetBank plans to expand its AI security business to various living spaces, including residential, office, and commercial facilities, based on its collaboration with Dukdabi World. The two companies aim to apply Verkada's solutions to various living infrastructures, thereby establishing a domestic smart security ecosystem and driving innovation in the living space security market.
