Klook Wins Grand Prize in the Global Travel Platform Category for "Most Trusted Premium Brand"

Klook announced on the 3rd that it won the grand prize in the global travel platform category at the 'No. 1 Premium Brand in Customer Trust' awards.

The 'No. 1 Premium Brand in Customer Trust' award is jointly hosted and organized by JoongAng Ilbo and Forbes Korea. The award recipients are selected by evaluating the value of brands in each field through consumer research and AI-based big data analysis.

Klook was ranked first in the global travel platform category, receiving high scores in key evaluation categories such as brand performance, service satisfaction, competitiveness, and customer trust.

Klook offers a wide range of travel products, including accommodations, transportation, and activities, in over 4,000 destinations worldwide. Supporting 15 languages, over 40 currencies, and convenient payment options, Klook offers a seamless booking experience, regardless of country or region. This approach enhances convenience for both inbound (foreigners traveling to Korea) and outbound (Koreans traveling abroad) travelers, enhancing travel convenience for both domestic and international travelers.

In the inbound sector, the company is expanding its services with the goal of improving accessibility for foreign tourists to regional travel. Beginning last year with a real-time express bus reservation service exclusively for foreigners, the company has sequentially introduced transportation products such as ferry services to Ulleungdo and Dokdo, private taxi tours, and KTX tickets. Last October, the company signed a sales agreement with Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) to strengthen ticket reservation services for foreigners.

In the outbound sector, we are running promotions covering a wide range of products, including accommodations, transportation, and activities. Currently, we are preparing special year-end and winter promotions, including the "Klook Hotel Big Sale," offering up to 100% discounts on popular Japanese hotels. We are also expanding our communication with domestic consumers through various content, including the "Emergency Annual Travel" YouTube campaign.

Lee Jun-ho, Klook Korea Country Manager, said, “We hope that the process of planning and experiencing a trip will leave users with positive memories,” and added, “We will continue to strive to increase customer convenience and satisfaction.”
