Nota (CEO Myung-soo Chae), a company specializing in AI lightweighting and optimization technology, announced that it was newly listed on the KOSDAQ market on November 3.
Founded in 2015, Nota is securing technological competitiveness based on its proprietary AI model optimization platform, NetsPresso®, and on-device AI solutions. AI lightweighting and optimization technologies can help companies reduce the increasing operational costs associated with the introduction of high-performance AI models.
Nota's technology is being advanced through collaborations with global companies such as NVIDIA, Samsung Electronics, Qualcomm, Arm, and Sony, and is playing a key role in physical AI fields such as autonomous driving and robotics. This year, Nota was selected as one of CB Insights' "2025 Global Innovative AI Startups 100."
Nota is expanding the use of AI in various fields such as industrial safety, transportation, and retail through its video surveillance solution, Nota Vision Agent (NVA), which applies generative AI-based vision and language models to an on-device environment.
Through this listing, Nota plans to focus on strengthening its AI optimization technology competitiveness and expanding the target market for edge AI applications. It plans to strengthen sales and marketing activities targeting global semiconductor companies and device manufacturers in the US, Europe, and the Middle East, and expand investment in next-generation platform development.
CEO Chae Myung-soo stated, “This IPO is not only a means of raising funds, but also a strategic decision to secure trust and growth in the global market.” He added, “We plan to realize our ‘AI Everywhere’ vision across various industries through AI optimization technology.”
