
Colgate (CEO Kangmin Lee), a visible ARS and payment specialist, participated in 'Asia CSCON 2025' held at KINTEX in Ilsan on the 4th and introduced customer experience (CX) insights that combine AI and UX and a new product 'WAVE Caption'.
Under the theme "Connected Experiences Accelerate Growth," this conference featured 21 tracks and 70 sessions under six themes: CX, EX, DX, AX, BX, and PX. In the CX session, Colgate's Senior Vice President of Sales, Seunghyuk Heo, highlighted the benefits of AI technology and digital friction, emphasizing the importance of technological simplicity and ease of use.
The new product, "Wave Caption," is a multimodal, visible ARS service that provides real-time captions of voice guidance on the phone screen during phone calls. Its integration with the AICC callbot improves consultation efficiency. It has received rave reviews for its ability to provide the same service on iPhones, where previous ARS automatic pop-ups were limited.
At the Colgate booth, a "Wave Caption" demonstration and an ARS experience were held. Visitors were encouraged to participate by displaying an "Event Entry Complete" page when they called. Participants were entered into a raffle to win a Samsung Galaxy Watch8, with the winners announced on the official blog on the 13th.
