Quantum AI secures 7.3 billion won in investment.

Quantum AI (CEO Choi Sung-jip), a company specializing in AI-based financial unstructured data assetization, announced on the 6th that it has secured 7.3 billion won in Series B funding. This round was joined by new strategic investors, including the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency (SBA).

The investment will be used to enhance and commercialize Quantum AI's AI platforms, including a digital claims platform, an AICC-based intelligent customer experience platform, and an integrated bio AI search and e-commerce platform. The company currently provides AI document processing automation, intelligent voice consulting, proprietary language model-based unstructured data assetization, and AI search services, primarily in the financial sector. It plans to expand its scope to include public, medical, and industrial data.

Quantum AI is developing technology to capitalize on unstructured financial data based on its proprietary AI foundation model, the "Mamba Architecture," which complements the shortcomings of the existing Transformer architecture.

The company plans to transition to IFRS next year and conduct a preliminary corporate valuation in the second half of the year to prepare for an IPO. With this investment, Quantum AI's accumulated investment has increased to KRW 10 billion.

CFO Kwak Young-hoon stated, “We will strengthen financial soundness and management transparency, focus on introducing K-IFRS in 2026, and internal controls, and prepare for an initial public offering (IPO) in 2027.”
