Infrap Receives 2025 Reading Management Excellence Workplace Certification

Infralab, which operates the online education platform Infraon and the career platform Rallyt, has received a new certification from the '2025 Reading Management Excellent Workplace Certification System' hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Productivity Association Consulting (KMAC).

The 'Reading Management Excellence Workplace Certification System' is a system that selects and awards companies and organizations that foster a reading culture within the workplace, promote employee self-development, and innovatively manage organizational culture.

Infrap was recognized for its corporate philosophy of "equal opportunities for growth," its management's participation in reading management, its efforts to foster a culture of autonomous growth through reading, and its efforts to achieve work-life balance.

To foster a reading culture within the company, Infrap operates an unlimited book support system that allows employees to freely request books of their choice, a stock of over 1,000 physical books, and an automated digital library management system. Furthermore, Infrap fosters a reading community among its members through support for reading clubs and a dedicated reading channel within the company messenger.

In addition, we are promoting a reading culture at home by running a reading culture campaign in which employees and their families can participate, and on special occasions such as Children's Day, we provide children with book gift certificates and reading passbooks.

Lee Hyeong-ju, CEO of Infrap, said, “Reading is the starting point of the growth culture that Infrap pursues, and we will continue to create an environment where members can learn and grow on their own through reading and learning.”
