Bespin Global Obtains ISO/IEC 42001 Certification, the International Standard for AI Management Systems.

Bespin Global, an AI service and solution company, announced on the 7th that it has obtained certification for 'ISO/IEC 42001:2023', an international standard for artificial intelligence (AI) management systems established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).

ISO/IEC 42001 is a global standard that evaluates the governance systems of AI service providers and producers, comprehensively verifying whether AI systems are performing ▲security and safety ▲fairness and transparency ▲continuous improvement and responsible management.

Bespin Global has established an AI Management System (AIMS) that meets international standards, encompassing AI design, development, testing, operation, maintenance, and agent deployment, centered around its generative AI-based service, "HelpNow." Furthermore, the certification covers the entire AI business, including AI project consulting, data processing architecture design, project operations, and risk management.
