S&I Corporation (CEO Seo Hyun, hereinafter referred to as S&I), a comprehensive real estate management service company based on proptech, announced on the 10th that it has expanded and reorganized its CRE (Commercial Real Estate) division, a department dedicated to commercial real estate strategy consulting.

This restructuring was implemented in line with the November reorganization plan aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of its comprehensive real estate management services. Accordingly, S&I reorganized its CRE headquarters, previously a single team, into two separate teams: Team 1, responsible for leasing consulting and market data analysis, and Team 2, responsible for purchase and sale advisory. Furthermore, by recruiting specialized personnel and redefining roles, S&I strengthened its management capabilities across the entire spectrum of real estate operations and investments.

S&I plans to establish an organic collaboration between the two teams to solidify its one-stop service offering, encompassing the entire real estate lifecycle, from lease management to purchases and sales. Furthermore, the company aims to solidify its industry leadership by combining data-driven consulting with accumulated field expertise.

“The CRE division is carrying out various projects such as office buildings, industrial complexes, and mixed-use facilities and providing differentiated asset management solutions,” said Jeong Jin-bae, managing director of S&I’s CRE division. “Through this reorganization, we will accelerate securing new growth engines by combining our advanced asset management capabilities with our unrivaled real estate management know-how.”

Meanwhile, S&I is a PropTech-based comprehensive real estate management service provider with experience managing over 500 buildings, including major buildings of LG Group affiliates, over 21,000 stores, and large-scale performance halls and broadcasting facilities. It has spearheaded the industry's digital transformation (DX) by introducing various space management solutions centered on space-related platforms, including a 24-hour Integrated Operation Center (IOC), a standardized Asset Management System (atG), an Office Life Care App (Sandy App) that maximizes building usability, and an asset management platform (Sandy Property). S&I is actively pursuing a comprehensive real estate management business model that encompasses the entire commercial real estate value chain, including facilities management (FM), real estate asset management (PM), and lease management (LM) services including purchases and sales.
