Sendbird Holds Campus Recruiting Events at Seoul National University and KAIST for Internship and Full-Time Positions

On-site campus visits will be held on November 13th and 14th, with mentoring and individual counseling provided by current employees.

Simultaneous hiring of interns and full-time employees in development and planning positions, emphasizing AI agent technology leadership.

Global communication platform Sendbird (CEO Dongshin Kim) announced on the 11th that it will be visiting Seoul National University and KAIST to conduct campus recruiting.

Campus recruiting is primarily conducted by large corporations and public institutions, and it's rare for a startup like Sendbird to directly conduct such events. Beyond simply promoting recruitment, it's significant in that it provides an opportunity to directly connect with top talent and experience corporate culture.

This campus recruiting event will be held at the Seoul National University College of Engineering on the 13th and at the KAIST campus on the 14th. Sendbird Korea CEO Lee Sang-hee, along with recruiters and managers from various job categories, will attend the event, which runs from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

There are six areas of recruitment. Recruitment options include internships and full-time positions, with approximately one to two positions selected for each position. Internships are recruited through manager interviews, while full-time positions are recruited through a technical assessment and interview process.

First, in the development and planning department, there are ▲AI Agent Product Manager Intern who establishes AI-based product strategies ▲Forward Deployed Product Manager Intern who collaborates with customers to improve products in a practical way ▲Forward Deployed Engineer Intern who builds, integrates, and deploys AI agents based on actual use cases.

In addition, we are recruiting for ▲Software Engineers responsible for optimizing large-scale data infrastructure ▲Applied AI Engineers who build and optimize AI systems using LLM and RAG technologies. Applications for some positions are available through Sendbird's official recruitment website.

The specific program consists of ▲company and job introduction ▲information on current employees ▲recruitment process and FAQs ▲casual interviews and individual consultations. Professionals from each position will personally provide consultations to enhance job understanding and address applicants' practical questions.

Lee Sang-hee, CEO of Sendbird Korea, said, “I hope that this visit will provide an opportunity for talented individuals to experience Sendbird’s technological prowess and work culture firsthand and to actively support us,” adding, “We will continue to strive to secure future talent through various contact points.”
