Strengthening connections between companies hiring people with disabilities and job seekers with disabilities… Attempting to standardize hiring based on the capabilities of people with disabilities.

V Dream (CEO Minji Kim), a company specializing in telecommuting systems for the disabled, announced on the 12th that it has established a telecommuting job system for the disabled based on its own data on hiring and working with the disabled and its field operation experience.

Since 2018, Vdream has systematically collected and analyzed actual work data for workers with disabilities. Based on this data, we have categorized jobs eligible for telecommuting into 26 major categories, 41 minor categories, and 130 minor categories. Furthermore, we have developed customized telecommuting job systems for 15 industries, reflecting the specific characteristics of each industry.

The job description for disabled artists (exhibition content planning) was divided into detailed categories such as ‘participation in art work and in-house exhibitions’ and ‘exhibition of works at construction sites, model houses, in-house break rooms, hallways, etc.’, so that it can be utilized in recruitment and training.

This job structure is significant in that it was designed to fit the actual work environment, based on accumulated data from Vdream. Furthermore, by defining basic competencies for each job and linking them to training programs for disabled job seekers and current employees, we have completed a data-driven recruitment support system.

V Dream plans to continuously improve its job classification system. It also plans to expand its customized job matching service to ensure that individuals with disabilities are recruited for each position. Furthermore, it plans to develop and enhance an artificial intelligence (AI) job recommendation system based on job data analysis.

“We are continuously strengthening data-driven job research and development to help disabled workers find jobs that fit their capabilities and environments,” said Kim Min-ji, CEO of V Dream. “Through this, we will lay the foundation for more disabled people to participate in society through telecommuting.”

Meanwhile, Vdream offers an AI job matching service that supports customized hiring by disability type, based on a database of disabled job seekers collected through its patented work-from-home system, "Flip." This service supports disabled workers in a stable work-from-home environment and quickly connects companies with the right talent for the right job, solidifying its position as a partner in ESG management.
