Aegis (CEO Guseulgi), an integrated online and offline care platform company, announced on the 13th that it has signed a business letter of intent and a medical device supply contract with SNJ Core (CEO Hee-kyung Jeong and Cheong-gu Han), a partner of Jeil Orthopedic Surgery.
Through this agreement, the two companies will establish a supply chain for medical devices and healthcare services within the senior care market and expand the integrated care ecosystem to build a 'Next Care Hub' centered around Aegis' O2O integrated care platform 'SeniUp'.
First, the two companies will supply the low-frequency medical device "PT100" to Siniup Membership Centers and introduce a pain and health management program utilizing this device. The device is a certified medical device developed by SNJ Core, a musculoskeletal and rehabilitation medicine specialist, through joint research with the medical staff of Jeil Orthopedic Surgery. It applies TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) and NMES (neuromuscular stimulation) technology at the level of hospital physical therapy rooms to help relieve pain and restore muscle strength through muscle stimulation.
SNJ Core is a medical rehab-tech company with a core team of medical professionals and researchers specializing in spinal and musculoskeletal diseases and rehabilitation. It operates a customized rehabilitation exercise program based on senior body type analysis in cooperation with the rehabilitation center 'Jeil Fit Care'.
Through this agreement, the two companies will jointly develop an integrated care service model that combines nursing, rehabilitation, and exercise, and will actively expand the "Next Care Hub" ecosystem, a model suited to the era of integrated care. As integrated care services have recently evolved from focusing on daily living support to focusing on health management, Aegis has strengthened its institutional expertise and management capabilities through its Siniup membership program, laying the foundation for the introduction of field-focused health management programs.
The Siniup membership is a network-based solution in which home care facilities across the country participate, providing integrated support for ▲education ▲operations ▲data ▲branding.
“This agreement is a turning point in preparing for the next care era,” said Aegis CEO Guseulgi. “We will continue to innovate on the ground so that care can evolve beyond simple daily life support into an integrated care system that combines data and healthcare.”
