Pobypo wins the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award at the 2025 Good Design Awards.

Content AI solution company 4BY4 (CEO Jun-ho Yoon) announced on the 14th that its Sokcho Beach nightscape creation project, 'Sea of Light, Sokcho', which was introduced earlier this year, won the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award (Silver Award) at the 2025 Good Design Awards.

The Good Design Award is a design award hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and organized by the Korea Institute of Design Promotion. It comprehensively evaluates the product's appearance, function, materials, and economic feasibility, and awards the GD mark to excellent products.

Through this project, Pobaipo and the city of Sokcho improved the nighttime scenery of Sokcho Beach. The artwork, measuring 70 meters wide and 20 meters tall, was created using the sandy beach near the beach's south gate as a canvas, allowing visitors to freely interact with the artwork.

The judges highly valued the media art design for maximizing immersion, and also cited the economic impact of increasing visitors to Sokcho Beach and revitalizing nearby businesses as reasons for the award.

Four by Four won the Silver Award in the SME category at the Good Design Awards, which are awarded in the following order: Presidential Award, Prime Minister's Award, and Silver Award. Four by Four CEO Yoon Jun-ho stated, "We are delighted that our outdoor media art exhibition, planned in collaboration with local governments, has received Korea's most prestigious design award. We plan to continue presenting works that consider design value, local resident satisfaction, and commercial revitalization."
