
XOsoft (CEO Park Se-won), a company specializing in AIoT (Artificial Intelligence Internet of Things) and AR (Augmented Reality), announced that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Agora (NASDAQ: API), a global real-time communication and conversational AI technology company.
The signing ceremony held at Xosoft headquarters was attended by Agora co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Tony Wang and key development team members.
The purpose of this agreement is to jointly build a reliable and secure AIoT conversational platform by combining Xosoft's AIoT and AR technologies with Agora's stable real-time communication (RTC) platform. The two companies plan to immediately proceed with joint development and verification projects to concretize high value-added AIoT new business models, such as ▲development of AI robots for English and math learning using Xoplay's Number Blocks IP, ▲joint development of AI robots for senior care, and ▲promotion of personalized content and emotional exchange type AI goods businesses.
