Sendbee Launches Instagram DM-Based Coupon Delivery Service

Provides coupon sending function for companies running Instagram events.

Wincube Marketing (CEO Kim Seong-pil), a mobile coupon specialist company, announced on the 19th that it has newly introduced an Instagram direct message (DM) sending service to its corporate mobile coupon sending platform, Sendbee.

Sendbee is a platform that enables the mass distribution of mobile coupons for a variety of business purposes, including employee benefits, client appreciation, surveys, and event giveaways. Corporate members can conveniently send up to 2,000 mobile coupons per session using a single-page form.

Recently, a growing number of companies have been running comment events or promotions on Instagram, offering mobile coupons as prizes to those who leave comments. However, the hassle of manually collecting phone numbers to send prize coupons to winners after the event has ended remains.

A new service recently introduced by Sendbee aims to address this inconvenience. It allows corporate members running comment events to send prize coupons directly to winners via Instagram DMs. This allows corporate members to deliver coupons directly within the Instagram platform, without having to request personal information from winners.

To use this service, corporate members simply submit their Instagram account to Sendbee. Sendbee will then create an Instagram management page within the corporate member's My Page. This page will be linked to the account and automatically retrieve event posts and comments. Corporate members can then review the list of commenters on this page, select winners, and send them prize coupons via Instagram DM.

In addition to sending coupon DMs, Sendbee also offers features that automate the winner selection process. Corporate members can easily select winners using features such as randomly selecting commenters, filtering comments containing specific keywords, and sorting by number of likes. This feature allows event organizers to seamlessly manage the entire process, from selecting winners to sending coupons, within the Sendbee platform, without any manual intervention.

Convenience has been improved as winners can now receive coupons directly via Instagram DM without having to submit their phone number.
